Payment terms and delivery costs

1. Payment

1.1 All payments for products ordered must be made in the currency indicated at the time of ordering.
1.2 We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal or Twint.
1.3 The total amount of the order must be paid in full before the products are shipped or collected.

2. Delivery costs

2.1 Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination of the order and the delivery method chosen by the customer.
2.2 These charges are clearly indicated during the order process and added to the total amount to be paid.
2.3 It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate information regarding the delivery address. In the event of an error or omission, PokeAtlas cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery.
2.4 Delivery charges may be subject to temporary changes due to promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers. These changes will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.
