Return and Cancellation Conditions

Return and exchange

Due to price fluctuations of our items and the specific nature of certain products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Right of withdrawal

There is no general right of withdrawal. Acceptance of any withdrawal remains at the discretion of PokeAtlas.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must make a written request within 7 days of receiving the products.
Depending on the type of item, cancellation fees of up to 20% of the total order amount may apply.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, even in the event of delay or for any other reason.
Until official confirmation of stock shortage is received from our supplier, the customer cannot cancel their order.
