General conditions of sale
1. Purpose
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the purchase of products via our website pokeatlas.shop between us (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and our customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). They apply to all transactions carried out on our online platform.
2. Ordering process
2.1 Orders are placed exclusively on our website pokeatlas.shop.
2.2 Any order placed on our site constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected by the Customer.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion, including in the event of incorrect payment information, unavailable product or breach of these terms by the Customer.
3. Prices and payment terms
3.1 Product prices are displayed on the site.
3.2 Payments can be made via the options available at the time of purchase on our site.
3.3 Full payment is required before dispatch of the products.
4. Delivery of products
4.1 Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on circumstances.
4.2 Although we will do our best to meet delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors external to or beyond our control.
5. Right of withdrawal and return policy
5.1 In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal.
5.2 To do this, the Customer must inform us in writing of his decision to withdraw and return the items in their original condition, including their packaging, at his own expense.
5.3 Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, provided they are returned in their original condition.
6. Warranty
6.1 We warrant that the Products correspond to their description on our Site and are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
6.2 The Customer is required to examine the products upon receipt and to report any anomalies or defects within a reasonable time.
6.3 The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of or inability to use the products purchased.
8. Legislation and jurisdiction
8.1 These conditions are subject to applicable legislation.
8.2 In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these conditions, the competent courts will be seized.
9. Changes to the Conditions
9.1 We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after they are posted.
10. International Orders and Customs Fees
10.1 Customers residing abroad are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and other import charges imposed by their country.
10.2 We cannot predict or bear these costs.
10.3 By placing an order from abroad, the Customer agrees to bear these additional costs.
By placing an order on our site, the Customer confirms having read and fully accepted these conditions.
